The 29th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (informally known as COP29) was recently held in Baku, Azerbaijan. Rebecca Theobald PhD, Associate Research Professor at CU Colorado Springs, attended the first week of the conference as an observer for the United States League of Women Voters. She will provide perspectives on people, places, conversations, activities, logistics, and implications for the future of the planet.
