2024 Spring Fundraiser!
We are in another historical election year which will form our democracy for years to come.
 
And our work at the League of Women Voters of Colorado is vitally important.
 
We want to ensure every eligible voter in Colorado has the knowledge and opportunity to cast their vote. We continue to fight disinformation, advocate for all Coloradan's, and provide education.

Initiative 89 Needs Your Help!
 
The Coloradan's for Protecting Reproductive Freedom is still collecting signatures to get this crucial initiative on the ballot for November 2024. Right now enough signatures have been gathered to qualify in 27 districts. We need signatures in all of Colorado's 35 districts to make the ballot.
 
All of your hard work is paying off, but it's not time to slow down! Spread the word to your family in friends, the deadline is looming! 
 

Local League Lobbying the State Legislature

Several Local Leagues have groups that take action and lobby at the local level, using local, state, and/or national positions.
 
If a Local League wants to lobby at the state level, they must contact the LWVCO Office, so that Local and State Leagues speak with one voice.

Leader of Democracy 2024: Honoring Representative Brianna Titone


On June 15, 2024, the League of Women Voters of Colorado will proudly honor REPRESENTATIVE BRIANNA TITONE of Colorado’s 27th State House District as the recipient of the 2024 Leader of Democracy Award. Representative Titone has been recognized for her unwavering commitment to restoring trust in our electoral processes and elected representatives.

Throughout her tenure, Representative Titone has demonstrated a steadfast dedication to safeguarding Colorado’s environmental and water resources while championing legislation aimed at decriminalizing poverty. Her advocacy includes initiatives such as advocating for tax credits and ensuring eviction fairness, all aimed at promoting respect, equity, and justice for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, particularly youth.
